The BCIS Wessex pricing libraries are compiled from the latest up-to-date industry data. These libraries are arranged as per their printed versions and include Major & Minor Works, Alterations & Refurb, SMM7 and Small Works.

SMM7

Arranged in SMM7 order and contains around 23,000 built-up work items and 5,000 materials prices. Also contains nearly 2,500 Composite Items for approximate estimating.

SMM7 Minor Works

As per SMM7 but with costs devised for minor works projects

Major Works

Arranged in trade order and contains sections for major contracts. Contains around 50,000 built-up work items and 11,000 material prices. Also contains nearly 2,500 Composite Items for approximate estimating.

Minor Works

Arranged in trade order and contains sections for small and medium contracts. Contains around 50,000 built-up work items and 11,000 material prices. Also contains nearly 2,500 Composite Items for approximate estimating.
